Like one stop shopping, our seasonal contracts are easier on you and built to cover everything your facility needs. They’re perfect for commercial, industrial and governmental properties.
 

• 10-month packages running March through December

• Spring Schedule, spring clean-up with mulching, first round of annuals, first and second treatments of turf care.

• Summer Schedule, re-edge your beds during the first pruning, second annuals rotation, with second and third treatments of turf maintenance.

• Lawn Care Schedule, from the time your lawn begins to grow until it stops, we mow, trim and blow all walks, curbs and drives free of debris and include bi-weekly weed control for all your beds during the mowing season.

• Fall Schedule, second pruning including winter hard pruning, third and fourth rounds of annual rotations, and our last treatment of turf Winterizer.

• Two Leaf Cleanings, one prior to Thanksgiving and one before Christmas.

• Trash Policing is done during every visit, and we remove what we find from the turf areas.

• Ten Month even billing, making it easier for you to budget.
